- Work closely with VP to develop and implement a recruitment strategy for the addition of in-stream video publishers to the ScanScout network.
- Develop new publisher leads within key publishers
- Build relationships within strategic publisher base
- Report daily/weekly on activity status and next steps related to specific opportunities that helps build publisher forecast which will be shared with sales team.
- Work with ScanScout Client Services and Sales Engineering team to ensure smooth integrations and proper management of relationships
- Grow knowledge of industry and competition
- Gain visibility through industry events and professionally represent ScanScout to customer base
- 2+ years of successful online publisher management experience.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, set priorities, and execute to convert opportunities into new business
- The ideal candidate will have existing relationships with online video publishers.
- Required skills include fluency with media-buying terminology/planning
- Familiarity with online ad-serving platforms
- An understanding of the online video ad industry
- A strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- A strong presenter and communicator.
- This person should also be proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work alone as well as part of a team
- Ability to work in fast paced start up environment
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
