Qualifications
We seek a digital advertising sales professional who can grow in a dynamic, creative and results driven environment.
This senior level online advertising sales executive will be based in New York City. The successful candidate will:
- Develop new national accounts from specific categories -- targeted to top digital ad spenders, video advertisers and broadcast spenders
- Evaluate specific categories/geographies and marketplace trends in order to identify prospective accounts that match our highly touted video offering.
- Work closely and synergistically with internal teams to create opportunities for advertisers and agencies across multiple video offerings utilizing ScanScout’s proprietary technology
- Will ensure that the company is well positioned vs all competitors in the landscape
- Will represent the company at events/shows including direct and non direct to the industry
- Will create deep relationships with the marketers within his/her coverage list
- Will drive business from the top level down and sell opportunities; not merely positioning the company for buys.
- Report to CRO of National Interactive Online Advertising Sales
- National interactive advertising sales experience selling to advertising agencies and clients
- Strong communication skills to convey programs and creative advertising opportunities
- Good at building long term and substantive relationships with agencies and national advertising clients
- An entrepreneurial approach to business that partners with clients
- Strong understanding of technology and or networks
- A zest for selling digital media and can thrive in a competitive environment
