Sales Planner
ScanScout, Inc., the leading independent video online ad network, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Planner. This position is based in New York City.

Responsibilities
- Support sales efforts of Sales Executives and execution efforts of our Customer Service team
- Provide day-to-day management of active accounts to maintain and maximize business utilizing close client contact and excellent customer service orientation
- Assist in prospecting and qualifying new accounts and executing requests for proposals ( RFP’s) from top tier digital agencies
- Update lead/sales management database with new leads and deal closing info
- Efficiently prepare for campaign launches and interface closely with Traffic department for activation of and future changes to campaigns
- Acquire detailed knowledge of ScanScout’s inventory and ad serving capabilities in order to manage client expectations accurately and clear inventory requests with the operations team
- Proficient in analyzing campaign effectiveness and optimizing to reach client objectives
Qualifications
- BA/BS Equivalent
- 3+ years of internet sales or marketing experience (preferably Media Sales or Agency Media Buying)
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communications skills
- Knowledge of internet business and media pricing models
- Articulate, organized and detailed-oriented team player with strong time management skills
- Ability to work and thrive in a challenging, fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a dedicated customer service orientation
- Ability to work closely with Sales Team, Client Services Team, Traffic Department and the Business Development team
